Why I Run Deep Analyses on Every Client (And You Should Too)

The most transformative change to my consulting practice wasn't a new marketing strategy or pricing model—it was implementing systematic client research enhanced by AI.

For every issue clients explicitly mention, there are 3-5 critical problems they haven't articulated. By conducting deep analyses on each client's business and industry, I regularly identify opportunities they hadn't even considered.
